A letter and email was sent to each parent on August 1 with a unique "snapcode" for each child.

FAQ

 

What's a snapcode?

  • The snapcode is a key to your child’s Returning Student Registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child.  For reasons of privacy and security only Burlingame School District can distribute snapcodes.

What if I have misplaced or did not receive a letter?

  • Letters were sent to your mailing address and email on record.  If you did not receive a letter please call the district office at (650) 259-3800 to obtain it.

Do I have to answer all of the questions?

  • Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

Can I come back to registration and finish later?

  • Yes, you may log back in using the username and password you created.  The registration system will take you to the page you left off on.

What if I make a mistake?

  • If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons. Or if you are on the Review page, click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form, then you will need to contact your student’s school after, so they can make the changes for you.

I’ve completed the form, now what?

  • Once you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If the submit button is grayed out, you will need to make sure that you have answered all of the required questions.  Required questions are indicated by a red asterisk (*).

What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to complete a separate registration for each child?

  • Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child.
