We are going to get started right away. The modernization projects at both Franklin and Lincoln will start at the first of the year. Temporary classrooms will arrive at Franklin in one month. Both Franklin and Lincoln teachers will be moving into their temporary spaces on their school sites over winter break. The Franklin and Lincoln projects are scheduled to be completed in August 2013.

The first step in the BIS Master Plan is to prepare the Burlingame Intermediate Roadway for access to the upper campus. Work on the roadway starts the day after school gets out in June. More information on modernization will come as soon as the BIS Master Plan is completed and is approved by the Board.
